Herbal is fine. Some herbal medicines can even be as effective with less nasty side effects. Homeopathy is snake oil and I hate that herbal medicine gets lumped in with it.

Homeopathy is less credible than alchemy, it literally thinks water can remember a substance, no matter how much you dilute it later, if you agitate it.
