Once you get outside the big-name countries, most of the leaders are alive. Those animatronic Joe Bidens aren't exactly cheap, and (((THEY))) have this curious aversion to unnecessary spending. Once in a while you'll see some African chief trying to flaunt his connections by parading around an old rusted-out Bidenbot from like 2009, but only the real rubes still fall for that. Everyone has internet these days, even in Africa, and you can see what the current year's model looks like.
