I'm trying to give you the perspective of someone who is the young victim that you were talking about and why I ended up in that position, and the first thing that I get is someone telling me that I have a shitty family and then implying that I'm either a nigger or a jew.
According to you I am a perfect example of the subject of your thread. I'm a 15 year old rape victim that got treated not only with apathy but encouragement because I was a boy. I would have thought that I was the exact person you would want to debate about this, but like I said before I guess this is just somewhere where people can complain.

There is not much for me to debate with you, when the root cause of the problem is society's conditioning and culture when handling these issues. You claimed that a woman had an inappropriate relationship with you (statutory rape) and how in your mind was normalized somehow.

Well that's one of the problems, hopefully we all understand that it's deeply immoral, but as seen in OP, that's not always the case (and this is in Kiwifarms, a highly self-policing website, very different from my experiences IRL and elsewhere online). As said, I may be providing something that's more interesting in addition to what this thread's purpose was, that's slightly tangential to the topic.

I respectfully disagree, because even if some people are trolling, other people will see this. KF is the one place I can talk about this and not have to self censor because god forbid someone cope while discussing such a dreadful subject.

Black male child sex abuse laundered as "early sexual debut" by academia was one of the very first things. Here's the study on PubMed. I even talked about how things are ideologically laundered. CSA as "sexual debut" if the studied group is ideologically hard to criticize is a hell of a thing, wouldn't you think?

Moving on, I'll address the other two:

• Schein et al. (2000), Israeli population-based study: religious Jewish males were 3.3x more likely to experience CSA than secular Jewish males. Religious women were 2.4x less likely than secular women. Weird.
• Utah BRFSS/ACE 2013-2020, Utah as ~62% LDS proxy, vs Merrick 2018 national baseline: Utah boys reported CSA at 7.6% vs 5.2% nationally. Backing out the non-LDS ~38% of Utahans at the national male rate, the implied LDS-male CSA rate is approximately 9.0%, or 1.73x the national male baseline. Boys elevated more than girls from baseline. Weird.

Studies Show, as they say. The silence about Jewish CSA rates is politically obvious. It's politically radioactive to criticize Jews, even if Gal, Levav & Gross 2011 (Israeli World Mental Health Survey) gives adult-recall CSA rates of 8.1% women, 2.4% men for the general Israeli population. If we treat those as approximate secular baselines and apply Schein's ORs:

• Religious Jewish males: ~2.4% × 3.3 = ~7.9%, or roughly 1 in 13
• Secular Jewish males: ~2.4%, or roughly 1 in 42
• Religious Jewish females: ~8.1% / 2.4 = ~3.4%, or roughly 1 in 29
• Secular Jewish females: ~8.1%, or roughly 1 in 12

I'm honestly not sure why there's so little to say about Mormons, and frankly, it's jarring. 1:11 Mormon boys (implied rate) are sexually abused even higher rates, but, Mormons are strangely insular and isolated from the coasts. I guess that explains it?
