There were movies titled "Rampage" released in 1988, 2009, and 2018, but I couldn't find one from 2000. What is this referring to? I'm guessing the 2009 one by Uwe Boll that depicts some disaffected guy committing an indiscriminate mass shooting.

The one from 1988 is a legal thriller by William Fredkin, the guy behind The Exorcist

The 2009 one is the Uwe Boll one about a mass shooter

2018 is about a film based on the arcade game where you destroy buildings as monsters.


He mostly likely just mistyped 2009.

I understand the desire to link this dude to Fuentes, but I honestly don’t think he was actually doing it because of him. Look at the first page of his journal, he talks about how he talked about the “Gay Mexican” to make him look worse. I don’t know of anyone else who is called a gay Mexican who this dude has talked about. We should focus on the 764 and Wisconsin shooter connections instead.

Ten days later he has figured out how to set the units on his scale and took a photo where it displays his weight in pounds.

It's like something a really old person would do.

It's written in the style of an edgy ha-ha funny shit post, which is very deliberate.

He also thanked Turkey Tom for 'pushing [him] towards the Alt-right pipeline;' mentioned Sam Hyde and wrote 'Fishtank 2 was not his best work; stated that he was affiliated with the terrorist group r/markiplier (I'm paraphrasing that); and shouted out Null (by his full name), Fuentes and Ethan Ralph.

I bet he unironically and literally thought that his manifesto was some kind of modern art, and would be remembered, analysed and studied for years.He probably thought he was a genius. Obviously spent time fantasising about being venerated and idolised by his peers for the 'ultimate epik trollz kek', and being discussed and celebrated endlessly for decades, by those weirdos who worship and fantasise about bumping ugliest with mass murderers like Dahmer, Ramerez, Micheal Harris and Dylan Klebold.

I also think he was a closet homosexual.
He clearly has a massive boner for Micheal Harris and Elliot Roger, spergs out about their amazing and 'badass' selfies, and indicated that, although the skull mask he intended to wear was passe, he 'likes the aesthetic'. I can't imagine any straight male writing that.

He also writes a LOT about wanting to make sure he looked jacked in photos of him used by the media, and didn't want to end up with a booking photos like Nikolas Cruz's (the fact he thought he would have a booking photo means that he didn't intend to An Hero - tough luck dude).

He also pored over childhood photos of other school shooters - probably fantasising about people poring over his own - and also posted a load of school-shooter fanart too: No way he didn't imagine what his own fanart would look like.

He knew that he wasn't special or smart enough to come up with any solutions to the problems he had with black culture, and too lazy. So he decided to make a half arsed 'call to arms', whilst fantasising about how he would be talked about, and celebrated, and kick start some kind of revolution.

But there will be no followers, and he will not start a movement.

His 'manifesto' will be read by law enforcement,probably a few psychologists, and a some curious members of the public.
Then it will be milked for clicks by the media, and after that, he will largely be forgotten. The odd True Crime YouTuber might mention him in passing, but will move on to discuss more notorious, more interesting subjects - particularly those who, unlike him, had "a kill score of at least 10."

He 'failed' in death* as he did in life.
