Gun autism from Finger Pistols. That's a Taurus G2C 9mm. It think it has a laser pointer attachment on the front. The capacity ranges from 7-12 depending on the model you buy. He doesn't show the bottom of the mag, but I would bet some money that it was the 10-12 round variant.

Edit: It's so blurry that I can't tell if he's using the common 9mm variant or the one that's chambered to take 40S&W. Judging from the website he must be using the 9mm since they don't sell the 40S&W in matte stainless.
