From, inside the community, so to speak, you nailed it exactly. There was far more "allyship" etc before the Plague of Pooners invaded and that seems to have changed anything. Now the only people holding strong to TQ+ are those annoying theater fags who have a million genderqueer (incel women) friends they have to kowtow too. I doubt it. BDSM isn't in your face and you being forced to partake, closest is nods to it in art and fashion. I think that Onlyfans and other forms of prostitution are going to be next, it doesn't seem like it but there's a growing disgust over the whole concept of prostitution bubbling under the surface. Personally I'm hoping that laws banning pornography production if the performers are paid or compensated are coming. It's hard to stop people willingly sharing themselves on adult sites without censorship concerns, but if you say no more money making from porn then it'll crater the industry and no one wanting to do it for free is stopped so "censorship" is harder to kvetch about.

As obnoxious the gay community can be at times, they lost lots of faggots to trannyism. Many young fags have trooned out in the thoughts "It would get me a straight guy easier" after seeing troons post overly filtered faces or god knows what they view like sissy hypno fetish. I won't be surprised if there is an Onlyfans backlash, every so often I hear some story about some poor kid being bullied because one of his parents does Onlyfans. As sensationalist as some of those stories can be, no kid wants their mom or dad sleeping around and posting it to the entire world. I hope this backlash does expand to open relationships.
 
I'm not exactly sure to make of what I saw yesterday, but I think it was some more local pushback. I live rurally and there are plenty of self service farm stands, flower shops, honey, etc stalls on the side of the road. There is a flower/house plant one I buy from occaisionally because they'll have boquets that are local plant/wildflower themed for my wife rather than just a dozen roses or something cookie cutter.

I've known they're liberal because they've had election signs up in the yard and Ukraine flag in the past. I was nearby a couple weeks ago and checked to see if they up and running yet this season. While there weren't any plants, there was a tranny/pride flag along with a Ukraine one and a sign sperging about it. I do my best not to associate with people who make politics their who identity and especially those who support trannies. I wrote this place off and kept on driving.

Yesterday I drove past and the flags and sign are down. There is a rainbow tchotchke in the front window of the house and flowers on the cart. The only thing I can really think of is the their neighbor, who has all kinds of libshit signs and flags outside all the time, got them say it loud and proud. Maybe friends or family told them they were being obnoxious. Maybe customers complained? I'm not sure, but it was nice to see less tranny support while I was out and about.

There was a big shift after Maya Forstater won her appeal in the UK confirming that people are legally allowed to not believe in gender ideology. This was in 2021.

The police before that had been severely curtailing free speech against gender ideology, but when it was proven this had zero basis in law, people were allowed to raise awareness and speak more freely, and the media were enabled to publish more. This has meant that campaigners like Kellie Jay Keen are not deplatformed any more under the pretence that it’s illegal, while researchers into the effects of trans medical care has been allowed to be published (like the Cass review).

Although the law only applies in the UK, it has had a knock on effect on the whole English speaking world. These past few years, people have learned more about trannies, and they don’t like it.

Meanwhile, trannies have been carrying on pushing their violent, entitled demands as if they are still a sacred caste, such as insisting on being involved in women’s sports - so the public have seen even more that they don’t like.

Tranny bullshit is so unpopular with the general public that it was always necessary for trannies to be an unimportant rarity, and for the public to not know enough about them for it to be tolerated. Non-binary is self-obsessed nonsense that was only ever tolerated under duress. Now, people don’t have to.

Finally, with all the wars and the cost of living crisis, shit is getting very real and there is far less room for first-world indulgences like play acting as the opposite sex.

I don't think that regular gay people are the sole reason trannies became so prevalent. I moreso blame the media and all the doctors for normalizing it. I feel like it was pushed so heavily because of how big of a money maker it is for doctors that do "trans surgeries". I also blame parents for not raising their kids better and giving them unfiltered internet access. There's a whole lot of societal issues that contribute, even outside the gay community.

Porn is too entrenched to get banned. The most I can imagine is that they increase the required paperwork for partaking in porn so much that only pornstars can partake. Something like needing 10 legal documents that have to be physically signed and sent off as well as a trip to the psychologist to prove you're mentally fit to consent. The casual home porn producer won't bother with that.
The biggest hit porn is going to get is when they push through the digital ID age check stuff. Of course porn will just be the excuse (somebody think about the children!) to get it implemented.

It wasn’t just the gay marriage wins, the big orgs pivoted to focusing on trans issues just around the time they got an influx of money due to Trump’s win. I do wonder what Dr. King himself, a devout Christian & confirmed fagophobe, would think of degenerates appropriating the tactics of his movement for racial equality to use as tools to enable their deviancy and comparing themselves to genuinely marginalised ethnic groups. Me thinks that (contrary to what a lot of shitlibs like to believe) if he hadn’t been assassinated and lived through the 70s, he’d have spoken out against the fag rights movement and with him being so influential, might have been able to put the brakes on this shit and at the very least delayed it’s progress by a few good decades (as a side note, he probs would have spoken out against nigger culture as well, like he did in that boondocks episode, thus improving race relations far better than any modern leftie, black or white, could ever hope to do).
