If Gavin was given a SCRAM bracelet and told not to touch anything that might have alcohol in it, and drank a small beer anyway, then he's a fucking moron. What's more likely is he was drinking regular beers and didn't think the device would catch him... because he's a fucking moron.
Depending on the device, even stuff like mouthwash, aftershave, cologne, etc will set it off. Even a few sips of beer. He is indeed a moron. He's one of those types that thinks you can beat them by wrapping lunch meat around the anklet.

How many times has this ironic douche been pulled over? They don't hand out ankle tags for a first time offence, I don't know what state he lives in, but tags are usual handed out for repeat or high risk offenders. Also hey Gavin how are things going over in Iran?
At some point in the last few years, I remember him talking to somebody (I think it was Chrissie Mayr) about a trip that he and some friends of his took upstate. They were going to visit a friend of theirs who was in prison and brought a bottle of whiskey with them to take pulls off of during the trip. He said this like it was a completely normal thing to do.

Where do these people get the idea that they're any better than the n people they constantly preach about. Anyone with more than half a wit should feel revulsion at their degeneracy with nothing to show for it.
You'd think most of their lot being deplatformed or in prison would clue them in.

McInnes looks like the Monopoly man on meth.

Never heard of that trick before but it’s nice to know that these bums are helping the inexperienced pups at the K-9 unit know where to bite.

They should just put him to sleep like an old hound dog.
I was going to ask which one this was meant for but this applies to both.

Gavin is the worst kind of moron. The type of moron who thinks he’s smarter than he is. The type to keep getting burned because he thinks that this time, he’s got it figured out!

Cumia showed up on MLC last night for a couple of hours. Long after he’d left, he hauled his ass out of bed to come back and shit on the truly pathetic POS Chad Zumock. (MLC ended up being six hours, highly unusual to say the least). As much as I can’t stand Cumia, Zumock is much more obnoxious.

Anyone seen the "Burning Bridges" Opie documentary?

I dunno if I can tolerate an hour or two of douchechills & greggshells brothamans... Do watch in segments, or don't.

But listening to Early Year Opie is surely a true reflection of himself to what he became 25+ years later.

"tss why don't they put the fire out or something if its fawking burning."

I will watch/listen to this in its entirety and give my opinion.

Right off the bat: the AI "woman" narrating the thing is grating and makes it a difficult listen. There are a few portions where the audio doubles. That said, the collection and presentation of audio is good. There's some stuff in there that the average listener of O&A might not know.

There are a lot of problems, though. One thing the author of the video totally misses the mark on is the WAAF departure. It is well-known that the "Mayor Menino is dead" hoax was not a blind gamble. Both Opie and Anthony have stated that it was a deliberate attempt to get out of their contract with WAAF so they could move to NYC. O&A were pissed that WAAF gave them a pittance despite their high ratings, but they had a no-compete clause in their contract and needed a way out. They eventually started secret talks with Bob Eatman and WNEW. While they did not have a signed contracted with WNEW, they were all but told that they had a job at a much bigger market (NYC) if they could get out of their contract with WAAF. The second episode also incorrectly states O&A were fired for the Sex for Sam stunt, but that's not what happened at all.

I think the documentary suffers a lot by the author admitting to never listening during the WNEW days. Many people consider this to be the golden era of O&A, especially with the Ron & Fez crossovers. Another problem is the documentary spends too much time playing audio and not explaining its point, especially in the second episode. Sometimes there's audio going so long that I forget what the point of it is entirely. Why did we hear the hummer club audio for like 10+ minutes? There is also some audio that is played as a shoot when it was an obvious work. One "caller" was obviously Anthony doing an impression of his mother-in-law. This ends up being a ton of filler.

Overall, the documentary feels like it was put together by someone who didn't start listening to the show until the end of its run, or after the show ended. It's trying too hard to attack Opie. In the same segment criticizing Opie for how he treated Anthony's girlfriend post-divorce, there is no acknowledgement that Opie's idea to add Jim Norton (which Anthony initially opposed) ended up saving the show and catapulting them to further success. I also find it strange the documentary would try to present Al Dukes as a victim.
