As a Baki guy, he probably didn’t rape them as Yujiro threatens that a lot but it wasn’t shown, and he has absolutely raped dudes before unambiguously.
For those who don’t know, in Baki the deal is that the President has to swear loyalty to Yujiro, and every time we get a new president this type of chapter comes out. Yujiro has actually threatened Hillary Clinton with rape, though didn’t follow up on it either.
It’s Baki, this is normal.

Baki consistently doesn't follow through on his promises. He should run for Congress. Being gay is a selling point in some states.
 
Two was either too much or not enough, as there's no way to take one back just keep going until you hit the right amount.

To the point that's annoyinly repetitive, it's always the same chapter basicaly (No pee in this one though). Stoped being amusing a couple of elections back, but i guess it's tradition.

Well, it could be worse, at least it's a one and done deal.

To the paste-eating retard who posted about this in the Community Happenings thread, the guy in the panels posted (Yujiro Hanma) isn't the main character but the primary antagonist, and he (supposedly) already has a reputation as a character for attempting to rape anyone and everyone he can.

That’s what I assume it is at this point just a tradition kinda thing that they feel like doing. Least it’s not some super political whining about America or whatever and just crazy Baki nonsense lol.
