One of my new favorite anime(s) for 2021 has unfortunately suffered the censorship treatment — this time in South Korea.

Apparently, Sono Bisuku Dōru wa Koi o Suru looks different on South Korea TV in the second episode:

For comparison‘s sake, this is how it looks on Japanese TV:

I guess Korean women don’t like playing dress up with men.
The censorship makes it look so much worse than it actually is. It's like when they censored Gordon Ramsay saying regular words to make it sounds like he was cursing.

Cool, it looks like actual Japanese porn now.

The consequences of constant upskirting I guess, even knickers are now considered pornographic.

Am I the only one who kinda think the show is a bit more explicit than the manga.
Then again it's been awhile since I read the first few chapters and I know there are a few later moments that are spicy, maybe it's because I'm used to anime adaptations being a downgrade in both quality it tone usually.

Funnily, this is actually the reason Interspecies Reviewers got a lot of backlash from the usual suspects. The manga is lewd for sure, but the anime was borderline hentai minus any on-screen penetration.

>california
>sailor moon

Not even surprised, every fucking show with an anime homage has to have a cheesy Sailor Moon transformation shoved into it

The transformation scenes + the lesbian cousin couple is literally the only reason why anyone in that state likely remembers sailor moon.

South Korea is a censorious hellhole. It's a mixture of traditional Asian morality and US-style fundie Christian moral guardians. They once sent a local hentai artist to prison for drawing 2D tits.

The only anime of value

it actually amazes me how they're able to even have an animation industry in the first place given that most of those animators have to draw all those "naughty images" in the first place.

Started watching LoGH and it is really fucking good. I'm starting episode 11 and so far I like the empire storylines better. The republic is just different shades of corruption (though at least for once the idea of "anti-war" makes sense in context). Kinda wonder if the main characters will switch around with time skips considering it's over 100 episodes.

Jun Maeda is done with anime. He no longer has interest writing another anime story every again.

And nothing of value was lost.
Good. Cuck needed to fight for two-cour instead of bending the knee to one-cour like he'd been doing. His strengths were in visual novels and he was a fool for thinking he could expand into writing for anime.
