When you get mad, just clutch your gun and think about how much nicer life would be without all the people who piss you off and then you'll feel better.

I’m going to post in here anyways stalker child! You will never be a real butt, Mr. just a butt!

I've officially graduated from being angry at shit constantly to now just being mildly annoyed at shit constantly, which has done wonders for my general outlook on life. Realizing that the mass majority of variables that cause conflict in my life are out of my control has been freeing, and has also allowed for reflection on the actual variables that are in the present that I can actually fix/work on.

Also, you'd be surprised how much your stomach health can play into it. Working out and not drinking soda has allowed me to wake up in the morning and not have the feeling of my stomach disintegrating, which overall sets my day off on a better foot.

Emotions are a physical reaction. Just stop thinking about it, and focus on relaxing your body. It's the thought loop that keeps you angry, so you have to let that shit go and relax and breath out slowly. I also like to imagine a switch, and I am turning that switch off.
