It's no secret I have a temper; I get angry over the littlest things. I am still furious from the excess phone calls I got this morning when I was helping my mom do chores. How can I manage my anger? Feel free to give advice to me and my fellow hotheads in this thread.

How many good boy points did you earn today?

I don't get good boy points as far as how the day went. My mom was a little bit nice to my dad and me earlier, but she was also very snappy and angsty. Later she went full bitch mode, and I'm still pissed about the phone calls spamming me, so not a great time. I was also super anxious today and almost threw up my food.

i block ALL calls not in my contact list. Fuck them niggers. Also make sure when you are "signing up" for something you give fake info. Keep track of everything in a passwordapp like bitwarden. Never let them marketing niggers have your info.
