Even if he changed it (and such a thing existed, though I'm a bit skeptical) it wouldn't do shit. The only reason people are following him on twitter is to read be his tweets, point, and laugh, disabilities be damned.

When is he going to realize that he can't pander to everyone? What if the font he chooses triggers someone else? It's the internet, he needs to get over it and move one. But we all know he never will.

Pretty sure that anyone who has a problem reading Helvetica Neue just changes the Twitter font default on their end, Dobbelina. So they can read everyone's Tweets equally clearly.

I've heard of fonts that help dyslexics read. I suppose it's a nice gesture, just an odd thing to ask about. I'm pretty sure no non-dyslexics would complain if his font changed.

I decided to look up again what kind of animated shows Dobson in general watches. And it makes me wonder, does he even have any real opinion about the kind of stuff he watches aside of parroting the shit tumblr says about them?
I mean, the KorraSami thing aside, does he ever express any general opinion about Legend of Korra's finale in term of storytelling and animation? I can't remember. And the same actually goes for all the other stuff he supposedly enjoys currently. Gravity Falls, no oinion about the plot. Star vs the Forces of evil, not even bothers to write somewhere a journal about it. MLP, abandoned since 1013 although stuff hints on the fact he still watches it. Steven Universe, twitter posts at best.

I am not saying I would expect him to sperg about the shows, but I think many people would at least try to explain why they like something without talking about some SJW politics behind it once in a while in a couple of short lines. Furthermore, what about any other shows? I am at least curious why he, as a supposed animation fan, does not even acknowledge the existence of stuff like Regular Show or Rick and Morty, two of the most succesful cartoons out there currently, one even directly targeted at people stuck in nostalgia like him.
Does he not watch them at all? Does he watch them and shuts up because they are not relevant to his politics? Does he not care because at the end of the day he actually hates animation and only throws in his two cents once in a while cause he wants to feel important?
