I guess I was just trying to find something nice to say about him, his voice was a lot better than I thought it'd be (It's clear and he doesn't mumble).
 
I remember the DAI is transphobic craze. It's because despite having an NPC be a well represented and strong FTM person, there is 1 throwaway line from one character that says "he's a she." That's it. That is what they're throwing a hissy fit over.

That's true, I'll give him that. It's just hard to watch a video all the way through, much less enjoy it, if I have to start fighting the reflexive urge to shove the commentator into a locker.

I'm pretty sure it was the horrendous writing and shameless pandering that people complained about, but you bring up a good point. Some people (like Dobson) will just complain to complain. Nothing will ever be good enogh.

It's a situation we've seen over and over. I've got nothing wrong with critiquing Bioware's shitty script and awful characters, but is it asking to much for people to actually say what their issues are with it? For crying out loud, that person Dobson was replying to was being a drama queen with that coy "I'M STILL TOO UPSET" nonsense, and Dobson is the same way. I guarantee he'll spout off that the game is 'problematic' in the future, despite having never played it and knowing nothing about it. Its Metal Gear Solid 5 all over again.

The trans community online is impossible to please. You don't include them, they scream at you for not being inclusive. You do include them, they scream at you because you're not representing them the way they want to be represented. It's a no-win situation where the only solution is to ignore the shit they spew and stay true to your artistic vision. Same with all SJWs, damned if you do, damned if you don't, so might as well tell them to fuck off.
