Honestly that's not saying too much these days...There are a ton of female characters that are made for fanservice and have the action badass trait thrown in just so creators can say they respect women. Just talking about the phenomenon of course, not talking about Quiet specifically, I wouldn't know about her since I haven't played that particular MGS yet.
