Something that I noticed about his Fan Vs. Fanboy comic: In the second panel of Fanboy, the shelf has what looks like Star Wars figurines on it. In the fourth panel, he's wearing a Jar-Jar Binks T-shirt. But in the third panel, he's wearing a Star Trek uniform and just vaporized a Han Solo cosplayer playing with a Millenium Falcon model. This doesn't seem in character for him.

Devil's advocate, he didn't write the script for that one and it very well could have included specific fandoms per panel. It's not super likely as writers have better things to focus on, but it's not out of the realm of possibility if the writer was particularly spergy.
