On top of that, where are the mountains? The forests? Big lakes? Castles?

What really gets me about that map is the terrain (I've read too many bad fantasy books to care about dumb names). Underhill Pass is on top of a mountain and thus no pass at all, Glacier Falls is probably the height of about three rocks on top of each other, nearly all inland areas are without water sources... and then there are names like Bæ Sumar, because why the fuck would you name anything Bæ Sumar.
