I'm on my phone and a complete technological buffoon so I can't post it, but that picture of the scowling little kid captioned with "Stop liking what I don't like" seems to fit Dobson's mindset pretty well

New one:

I can't express how much win this is.

My cancer senses are tingling.

It's pretty much confirmed He was an Heavy drinker for good part of the last 10 years, dunno if that degenerated in some form of cancer or cirrosis.

From TDKR. Also, when he used the tankmobil, he say that he uses rubberbullets (which can kill, but we never see him kill anyone). So yeah, Dobson is full of fucking shit as always.

What's fascinating about '80's Miller it's the constant struggle of His Heroes to not cross the line that separate them from the villains They're fighting.
A thing that Dobbo will never understand because His brain is too inflated by ego and wind.

Dobby is as bad as Chris-chan when it comes to product loyalty:

There's something strange about the green-shirted guys left arm. At first it's a stump but then in the second panel it's so long it would be touching his knee when standing straight.

It's not a sing of a professional cartoonist when a guy who draws like a 10-year-old can point out flaws in anatomy.

For a second I thought Dobson just retweeted someone else's drawing:
  1. There is no self-insert: neither the blue bear, nor the thinner, non-bald version of himself
  2. He would never draw a knock-off of the Apple logo.
But then I saw the legs of the green-shirt guy on the first panel and my mind went, yup, it is by him.

When a dude who is pretty much an asshole gets jobs, it is usually because they have some talent that outweighs their assholery. And Miller is, or at least was, drowning in talent. He's become something of a cow himself lately, but unlike Dobson, will be remembered more for his excellent works than the crap he's also created.

Miller is a really interesting case of "talent vs arseholishness", because since his peak in the early-to-mid-80s he's been slowly declining in the first and gaining in the second. Cultural commentators who've tracked the change, and people's responses to it, are like the anthropological equivalent of vulcanologists getting to watch a volcano being formed.

Oh hey, page 500. Surprised we made it that far.

Amazon Prime Day? Is that a thing?
Yep. And I really don't like the joke ol' Dobbers is trying to go for here. It's Prime day so Amazon hired Optimus Prime to help them?

Honestly, I wasn't that big a fan of Miller's 80s work either. There was always something about them that were off, even before he went downhill.

"Steal my art from my Patreon"
Sooo, if I go to his Patreon and pay to see and download his art, then show it to others (y'know, to make the artist even more known... because he really wants that), he considers that stealing? I paid for that shit.
