To me, the difference is between an external and an internal cause. Feeling depressed usually comes from something that happens to the person - feeling bad and even self-loathing after failing at some goal, or losing something important, or even just being aimless or it being winter is a pretty regular part of human existence. Depression is a similar feeling but it basically comes from nowhere - people with depression feel this way even when things are going well for them. Of course the two can reinforce one another, but they are discrete, and it's pretty important that people don't start claiming they have a mood disorder purely because they sometimes feel bad. (If somebody never felt bad, then they'd have a mood disorder, although in the opposite direction).
So yeah, Dobson does not suffer from depression, or PTSD, or any other discernable mental condition. He's just a perfectly sane whiny douchebag.

It's impossible to watch the exact same amount of porn as Dobson, so either you watch more than him or less.
So you're either a disgusting male that's degrading women by being way too fixed on pornography and the objectification of women -or- you're clearly a bigotted bible-hugging prude.
