Even if it did go to Patreons only, Dobby is getting into typical asshole artist territory by not expecting people to share it. That shit only works when you've got an art pack, Dobson.

Last time I checked, an artist actually likes it when his art goes public and everyone watches it, I mean, it's an excellent opportunity to know what people actually thinks of your art and to grow as an artist from public critique... or maybe I'm just dumb and wrong, I guess the expertise of @Curt and other artists can help me over here.
Totally agree, the more exposure the better. It means commissions and a wider group hopefully wanting your work.

But to poor old Dobson, it is just another excuse to whinge and tell us how the world is against him...Bwaaah!

My inner geek demands it being pointed out:
Axes. Don't. Work. THAT. W A Y !

No kidding. He almost reached half the output of a legitimate artist for once. God knows, there's gonna be tough times ahead, where it'll be a herculean task to pick up a pencil and doodle some shit, tho-
So we're not supposed to be seeing his new crap art? Wah wah wah.

Here we fucking go.

Cause white people can in no way or circumstance be target of racist rhetoric. Oh wait, that statement is awfully racist in nature. And has barely anything to do with the original statement it is targeted at. Well done, Dobson, managing to score a double-fail for no fucking reason.
It's amazing how SJWs like Dobby, ADF and Wu have a huge blind spot when it comes to lesbians and don't realize if a video game, comic or whatever else puts in two hot girls making out it's usually for titillation purposes and not to be progressive (Not that I'm complaining :)) yet if they had the same female character dress scantily on their own it'd be male gaze and terrible.
Well, to be honest, "blind spot" would imply they are not ferociously jerking off to it . . .
Oh for fuck's sake.
I know it's supposed to be Willy Wookie or some shit, but the Wookie looks more like a mongoloid version of Teen Wolf with shit-colored Grinch-hands.

Nah, to Dobson, this is about creating a 2-class society that divides the "fans" (paying idiots) from "trolls" (non-paying haters). He's made it pretty clear, he's not willing to release art for "everyone to enjoy" (as stated in his shitty begging video), he's rather interested in holding his own art hostage and hiding it behind a paywall for some time, before releasing it to the 'public'.
Cause it would just be way too stressful to make art for everyone and releasing some bonus material for patrons . . .

Nah, a lot of Patreon artists are like this. I even know some that put Patreon logos/watermarks over their publicly released work and only give the actual versions to patrons. It's disgusting.

I have never, ever, ever seen an artist improve their craft after getting on Patreon. 90% of the time it just makes them more entitled, greedy, and stagnant. Of course that is what Dobson was before he was on Patreon, so there's not much of a difference.

But in his Patreon page it clearly states it "While the goal is to keep my artwork online for free so anyone can view it" :

If I had a Twitter account, I'd reply to his tweets with that image and see what he doe- BLOOOOOCKED.

Just noticed but it's funny that his "fans" are as clueless as Dobson himself:

Ben Garrison, google it.

@Zvantastika You should remove that link. I got a red flag from my browser when I opened it, so it's either got viruses or is just really shitty in general.
Must be because of the ads, but well, if you google his name you can choose whatever site you want, most of them say the same but I'm pretty sure if you search his cartoons, you're going to recognize a few of them and go "Ooooh, it's THAT guy"

Dobson is always retweeting 'progressive idea' shit from Kelci Crawford and Aaron Diaz.
What is with the trend of webcomic artists being social justice cunts?

Any normal person would just have gone "Woops, silly me! I guess people got some freebies, hope you liked it. I'll be sure to make it up to my patreons with some extra stuff!"

Not Dobby. "Baaaw, it's Patreons fault and the one who was kind enough to tell me i fucked up didn't like it. Also, i'm gonna add Patreon to my list of things trolling me baaaaaw!"
