Dobson's racism towards black people (and all minorities) is worse than his racism towards white people.
All white people are inherently evil; all whites are individually responsible for the bad things in the world.
But all black people are inherently inferior, incompetent, and lacking moral agency. White people should be forced to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and elevate all the poor black people, because they as individuals just aren't good enough to elevate themselves, like whites can. (It isn't fair being born with a disability!)
It's the same argument most slave owners used to justify keeping their slaves: "The black people need us; they won't be able to survive on their own! Slavery is an altruistic institution."
In a lot of urban communities, a black man who becomes successful can never return. Because his old friends simply believe the man sold his soul to the white devils. According to people like Dobson, that is the only way black people can be good enough to succeed - through altruism.
Imagine being that man, and Dobson telling you your skin shows that all your success was because the white man was generous with you.
I'd rather be inherently evil than inherently inferior and rightly dependent. (And in Dobson's view, rightly dependent on evil people.)
