It looks like he copied and pasted parts of Scrooge and mirrored it so it would be on the opposite side. I mean, not everything, but it sure looks like it and gives the character a wooden, stiff look. He'd benefit from reading this link here. ...why did he change 巨人 to タイタン? And most Attack on Titan parodies are titled "Shingeki no _____" with the blank being something thematic replacing Kyojin. Point is, keep either Shingeki or Kyojin.
And as has been already stated, いんちき (inchiki) means "quack" in the sense of a doctor. More generally, it means "cheat" or "faker", kinda like Dobby here, come to think of it.

These awful puns are probably the result of him looking at ThinkGeek or Lootcrate merch, desperately scratching his bald sweaty head and going "how do I pun, this shit is hard". Then, after a small brain aneurysm caused by his awful life decision of eating chicken mcnuggets at least once a day, these are the results.
