To be fair he's not wrong, a lot of the right wing of the political spectrum tends to look down on lazy welfare parasites like Dobson.

Much like with Christian, the big faceless entity that's opposing Dobson and 'trolling' him must be the exact opposite of what Dobson identifies with in every. single. way.
Yeah, he's that much of an immature skid mark.
I already made a post about how the trolls are a convenient boogeyman to shift all blame towards, but of course, Dobson must make them as cartoony as possible by projecting 'all that is wrong with the world' onto them.

I actually like Grey's work. I have a feeling that either Grey knows Dobson's a barrel full of controversy and he just wants to light it on fire (as it wouldn't surprise me for him to do) or that he doesn't quite exactly know what he's getting into.

Frankly, if I were a conservative, I wouldn't really spare Dobson the mental effort. If his form of activism really were as central to left wing philosophy as he thinks it is, we'd probably all be carving Ronald Reagan's face into the moon by now.

So am I. Part of me is thinking this is Grey just seeking controversy because he enjoys it, but another part of me is thinking he might not realise exactly WHY it is 4chan and everyone else hates on Preston? I used to read the Tom Preston threads on /co/ and most of the criticism was of his shitty faux Disney animation style and the fact he tries to be holier than thou with his lesbian fixation
Oh, and inflation fetish jokes. But I'd rather not blow that out of proportion

I think the movie looks pretty stupid, not just because it's clearly going to be overstuffed with characters, but because they seem to be going for a generic "dark+gritty" aesthetic where everbody has big coats, guns and grim expressions, rather like The Expendables.

I wonder what he thinks of Man of Steel Superman...
It at least makes sense for a Batman film to be dark and gritty. Superman....let's not get into that.
I wonder if DC is planning for all of their DCCU films to have this "serious" tone. If so...Marvel's gonna be laughing all the way to the bank and back!
