Yeah, it's fun to make fun of Dobson for being fat and bald but really there are hundreds of thousands of guys who look roughly like that and most of them aren't whiny arseholes.
It's fun to make fun of him for it because he never learned not to bite bait. It isn't just the appearance, it's his reaction to how people interpret it.

Those proportions are off. He's got stubby, Twinkie-sized fingers. I'm still trying to figure out why the thumb is so gigantic for its position and what's going with that jaw line.

It's incredible how whenever someone makes a sensible, well-spoken post that criticises Dobson, his first instinct is to call them out for being trolls, accuses them of "not understanding" (while ignoring the entire argumentation) or something equally self-serving.
"You told the great Dobson that he's wrong about something? Well gee, looks like you don't understand the problem despite being the very foundation of the issue at hand!"
Kinda reminds me how some Kotaku-faggot wrote an article about japanese gaming that was so blatantly wrong that Kojima commented negatively on it and some Kotaku-reading sperg actually tried to tell Kojima off he didn't know how the video gaming industry in Japan worked since he was disagreeing with Kotaku.
It just blows my mind.

Wrote my post when I was halfway through the discussion and just got to the point where that girl completely annihilates his moral superiority by pointing out he drew CP.
Seeing how Dobson pretty much denied any kind of discussion by going "Nah, you got that wrong, nah you didn't understand", it's nice seeing her dropping the facade of discussion as well to rub it in just what a terrible hypocrite Dobbles is...
Even though it opens up Dobsons most favorite route to escape facing reality: Crying "TROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLL" and running the other way.

Its basically proving that hes been a spineless douchebag with girl troubles his whole life.
It's like he managed to sort of get the average head proportions for Captain America, but then completely ignore all the other steps to making a believable looking muscular character. In this case, Dobson does something that a lot of amateur comic artists and derivative mangakas do that is a constant eyesore in the art world, namely not putting in any sort of natural muscle definition with a character's shoulders and neck.
To really make something like this work out is to have a good understanding of how the muscles from the neck connect to the shoulder. Doing so leads to a more believable drawing. This means studying the anatomy of the body:
Rather than attempt this feat, dobson just draws Cap's neck like a stiff pipe slapped onto shoulders almost like a smooth looking robotic figure. The end result is a drawing that looks cheap and not thought out, probably because it was cheap and not thought out.
