Stop attention whoring. You're using josefomalatrova@hotmail.com as your fucking email address. If you had actually contributed to the board, our art and literature subforum would have opened up to you and you'd get tons of feedback without having to drag your pitiful self around in a lolcow thread to get it.

As for criticism, these pictures encompass basically the same kind of shot.

Dobson's facial expression seems oddly forced, despite being a drawing. The shading reminds me of the 3d rendering of Runescape 2007.

Your drawing looks like it was meant to be that way. Like you selected colors and drew lines to make something. Dobson just smashes together shit and it looks uninspired. The sharp blue contrastrs sharp red an the rest of the drawing is black and white. Things stick out and they're the right colors that appeal to the eye. Dobson has zero sense of color theory and all of the dark colors he uses blend together and the eye focuses on nothing in particular. His character also lacks any defining feature, besides his fucking insipid smug ass grin.

Stop being a faggot and stop using our lolcow board as a place to whine. I gave you attention, now calm down.

Ah, I agree that Tom Preston is a decent artist. Just look at that fine line work and the brilliant blending of his colors.
Those haters over at EDF got nothing on this man's talent.

I think I mentioned how my stupid achey hands make it painful to draw, right?
'Cause after seeing that... professional linework I feel really bad about actually putting time into a throwaway "like this!" pic like I did. It's like an average joe challenging a paraplegic to a footrace.

I'd try and use it as my icon to try and make up for the misplaced effort but I like this one I've got too much... maybe I'll do a redraw and use that sometime. Or at least similar enough...

Oh yes, how DARE TotalBiscuit link to a charity stream! THE NERVE! And what a surprise, he dislikes people because they say things he doesn't agree with. Well, time to tell most of my friends I hate them now because we don't have the same favourite pokemon or whatever. :V

Also... yeah, that last pic actually looks good. Like, attention was paid and detail was made and actual rendering and wow it's depressing to look at. I mean, compare to his newer work and wow that's sad. Arm's a bit bendy and the backside is a bit off but that's all that's coming off as immediately wrong to me.

Also he's not going to work on any of his series, already calling it. Although I cannot wait to see his portrayal of a trans character, along with any other cardboard cutouts he calls 'personalities' based on what they have/want between their legs.

The left hand is a bit off too. The thumb looks very deformed.
 
Thanks, Nooky Bear, for definitvely proving that not only do you read these forums, you read MY posts about you. I rather like the ego boost this gives me.

Also, this is the first time I'm hearing of this depression. I bet ten rubles he's just trying to rake in undeserved sympathy.

Ah, didn't notice. However, I'll still give it a pass, thumbs are a right bitch to get down.

Also I'm a bit skeptical of all that "freelance" work. I mean, there was that commission ordered by EvilTomPreston and a few other guys that shows he'll take months to finish, didn't bother changing anything to their needs given that they're paying about $40(?) for it. I'm pretty sure no company would look at him and decide "yes, I'd like to have this person's name attached to my work!" and be the most patient and forgiving people on the planet. Work has deadlines. Hell, college has deadlines and they're not gonna take I'M WORKIN ON IT for a reason why the thing they paid for isn't ready in time.

https://archive.today/nloib might be relevant. If so then it's basically started by tumblr against whateverchan and in typical chan style they just rolled with it themselves.

Of course it would be immediately fishy that 4/8 chan, the boards full of Anons doing anonymous things would use a completely balls-random service like Omegle rather than the boards that'd allow them to still be anon, actually contact relevant people (and NOT possibly someone that would want you stopped) and all the evidence would probably be buried under about ten other threads in about half an hour.
Except to Dobby of course.
