If, by "Neo-Nazi", he's referring to people from /pol/, then they've been around since its inception. I did keep hearing that Internet Aristocrat is supposed to be a Nazi sympathizer from people wishing he weren't the one spearheading the Quinnspiracy movement, but didn't see anything to really substantiate the claim.
