It was made my someone on the EDF forum. I don't remember who off the top of my head - I want to say Blandwagon, but I'm not sure, I only lurk there and I remember icons easier than screennames.

The giraffe thing was because they started drawing giraffes on his pages using Goggles and were annoyed he kept erasing them (because honestly, they're just giraffes, I'm not sure why he erased them either).
