Tell me about it. Was one of the biggest disappointments when it comes to movies.

I assume Dobs liked it for how the female space suits made his unspeakables tingle. Also vacuum-inflation-torture-snuff-fantasies.

Yeah, this utterly forgettable 90s shit based on some old TV show. It's one of these movies in which nearly every character and scene is in some way annoying. When it came out I was in a "watch everything" phase in which I would use every free minute to go to the cinema. Unfortunately, in this case, this led to some very stupid shit getting burned into my brain. Most of all, this one scene where the family is (for some retarded reason) attacked by monster spiders and the (very annoying) boy switches the robot to "hologram control" and pewpews the spiders away; uttering some strangely pseudo-sexual "hmmm!" each time he fires.

Not that Japan doesn't have its issues (and they do), but I think one reason for that is the fact that dark-skinned people aren't as particularly common there as they are in some place like America, not something that's necessarily out of malevolence.

That's the "Dobson's Touch" in action. The problem is not so much the "off model" part, there are plenty of artist out there that draw fan art completely off model but do so in a way the end result is endearing and cute on his own way because the artist understands what makes a character design appealing. Everything Dobson touches end up looking repulsive because he doesn't understands how to do cute or endearing. God, look at what he did to Moana and Squidgirl ( That . Fucking . HAND . )

It's truly a marvel how stiff all his poses look, the action lines in this one *should* make this look like a very dynamic and vivid pose, but somehow, it's just really awkward and stiff...
