Dobson is one of the proto-cows. Seemingly older than the internet, he's a man who's spiraled into the gutter from his own actions. This was a guy horrible enough to get ForeverPandering to take a break from writing shitty songs to devote 2 videos to everything wrong with this guy. His list of shit includes...

- Giving advice to young, aspiring artists like "don't listen to criticism" and "don't learn anatomy"
- Obsessed with teenage lesbians. Like, really fucking obsessed with 'em.
- Went to a prestigious art school, learned to draw and animate professionally. Made nothing of his education, blames everyone else but him (despite the fact his classmates went on to have careers, he swears his school was terrible, taught him nothing, and would get him nowhere), now lives in squalor with a measly $150 a month on Patreon.
- Artwork has somehow gotten worse and harder to look at as the years have gone by.
- Has taken to drawing comics that have become these bizarre, smug, perpetually angry tracts.
- Attacks people on social media, often in the most repugnant of ways.
- Is a such caricature of your typical beta-male "cuck" to the point where he can act as a measuring scale for other beta-males.
- Had a sizable fanbase. Squandered it gloriously.
- Reacts to everything in a childish and overblown manner.
- Artwork often has such glaring flaws they become comical, i.e. the thu'um face.
- Refuses to improve, believing he's flawless.
- Has a history as a fetish artist (inflation specifically), refuses to own up to it, then morally grandstands against others.
- Attacks anime, anime fans, and anime-style artists despite the hugely noticeable effect anime has had on his own artwork.

The list goes on, but I'm bored now. You get the point. Dobson is one of the OG lolcows.

I disagree, this list seems exaggerated for dramatic effect. Post a single cap of Dobson doing a lolcowesque thing. I've been through this thread, there aren't any. It's just shit comics and whining on twitter, and people losing their shit autistically over it. He reminds me of when Chris hit that critical mass when anything he did spurred dozens of spergs to scream "FUCK CHRIS, WHAT A LOLCOW". Chris likes sardines? FUCK CHRIS SARDINES ARE GROSS THIS IS TYPICAL LOL BEHAVIOUR! etc. etc.

Encyclopedia Dramatica is a terrible source that is full of inaccuracies that nobody in the lolcow community takes it seriously. They also engage in really sketchy stuff like posting pictures of innocent people who had the misfortune to be associated with a lolcow like Kourine with ADF or @maddipuppy and @Ancani with Nick Bate. It's almost a rite of initiation for a lolcow like @Marjan Šiklić or @Connor Bible to post Null's article in a weak attempt to trollsheild

Have you been on twitter? The second a woman has an opinion on that site, they get 1,000s of tweets from MRA spergs telling them to go back to the kitchen or threatening to rape them. A tweet like this is like an episode of Muppet Babies compared to most of the shit people tweet.

No, I'm seriously confused. What is the context of that tweet? How is it evidence of lolcowry? It looks like some bitch whining about w/e and him posting a reaction gif that doesn't quite fit. If posting shit reaction gifs makes you a lolcow then all of disco needs to be made halal.

I quite literally cannot understand how you people are clinging to this 'ha ha dobson's a lolcow' idea when it's so painfully obvious that he's just a bit of a sperg. I can point to six or seven people worse than Dobson who are sitting in kiwi chat right at this second.

The context is this.

The woman there is Zelda Williams, daughter of Robin Williams., who was still grieving over the fact that her father had died.

Dobson, master of empathy, tells her to calm her tits and get over it. When he got called out, he responded by deleting the tweet and and saying that the people who called him out had upset HIM.

Now, while telling a grieving woman to calm her tits is not exactly lolcow defining behavior, I can only assume that it's not exactly the most tactful or diplomatic thing to do.
 
i am also confused.
one of the biggest arguments for dobson being a lolcow is that "he went to a famous art school and squandered his education". but like seriously isn't that just 99% of anyone who has gone to art school?
