Notice especially how she takes personal interest in the color of the voice actors while praising the casting. It's not about their skill as voice actors, it's about casting people of the correct color.
Out of the 19 people visible on that picture, it looks to me like 10 of them are black or at least half black (the anti-racists have adopted the One-Drop doctrine ironically where having a single black parent means you're black.) As we all know, this means that it's diverse. Not equal representation of races, not representation of races by population (even then, do you go by city? county? state? the whole country?), in that picture, blacks are overrepresented in terms of their population in most places in the USA, including the USA's population as a whole (~13% black).
There's not a goal they can strive to where "diversity" will finally be reached. It's just always less white people, less straight people, less people of the 'majority' while they insert their specific group to advance them through bullying everyone else out.
