and Andee likes to call at like 10pm because his whole family seems to be constantly standing outside businesses that are closed and are glazed-eyed looking at their watches and phones like "it's 8:07... they close at 8? why no open? help?"

And tends to be right before shift change so officer has likely been on all day, looking forward to getting off the clock and through another day.... only to be called to the mouths of hell itself... and by time call/response/paperwork is done well after shift.

I know Andy is willfully vindictive so I imagine it's intentional.

The part about making your shit known everywhere is being able to absolutely call bullshit on it when going through reports from his childhood to show his behavior. The treatment he received was earned from his violent outbursts, including having assaulted teachers, as well pissing/shitting himself when not getting his way.

Relationships are two way streets and Andy never learned that. He was just a void from the beginning. It's the same behavior seen in all these lol/horror cows. They don't know how to treat people and see others as a means of gaining some kind of benefit. Even kids can recognize this once the pattern is set. Is it sad? To an extent. But there's a point it stops being sad and you have to think about mitigating damage/victims. Someone like this ought to be isolated to prevent the strife they cause everyone they encounter/fuck over.
