He'd then state that Joh is his guardian, and tell the court that Jessical Smilth and both Amandas say that Joh has to sue himself on Amby's behalf due to some nonexistent or misinterpreted statue (sic) regarding disabilities.

The only thing funnier would be if the court ordered an evaluation prior to proceedings, and found Amby incompetent by reason of mental illness or defect: Schizoaffective disorder.

I'm not well versed in American laws, but an even better fuck you might be leaving him exactly $1. That way, he can't say he was left with nothing of value. Are his parents enabling him by not throwing him out or is there some kind of legal custodial issue where they're actually mandated to keep this creature?

-He has no developmental disabilities, so he's not eligible to be placed in a group home. That also precludes him from receiving home healthcare aides.

-He can't be left in a hospital because there is nothing medically wrong with him, and he'll demand discharge anyway.

-If you try to place him in a shelter, rooming house, halfway house, or motel, he'll call ahead and insist he needs extra care, so he can claim that they refused him, not that he refused them. Even if they don't refuse, he will lie. If you put him in a motel, he literally shits the bed.

-He has no friends to couchsurf with. He has no money and can't drive, so he can't live in a van. He's too soft for street homelessness, and will walk into the street crying, so he gets picked up and taken to the hospital.

-From there, he will cry "Unsafe discharge! Wanna go to park bench!". He then gets dumped off at his legal address, which was Tawm and Mawm's until the Exodus.

-If Tawm didn't let Amby in, he'd break in, smashing windows or breaking locks with his massive bulk.

Not only because Andy living in a facility would be safer for Amby himself and society at large, but because while Tawm and Joe may feel bad evicting him with nowhere for him to go save jail or the streets, both have said an asylum is where he belongs, and would have him committed if they could.
