Andy's rationale is this.
He learned in the late 2010s that he enjoyed diapers, and shitting in diapers.
How could he justify forcing someone to participate in this most vile fetish?
He extensively researched a variety of things, and landed on autism, specifically because he learned that not every autistic person is the same.
This was the epiphany he needed to fulfill his fetish.
If you watch his history, you'll see that as he learns more about autism, he incorporates those behaviors into his larp.
He ultimately just wants to be treated like a baby, with post shit in diaper changes the most prominent of his desires.
His varied levels of autism = Incontinence and inability to grasp toilet paper .
If you question this, he'll threaten to waddle away and cross streets, and if he gets hit by a car (never actually happened) , it's your fault.
So, police/aps/crisis services/caregivers/Tom/Joe are to blame if he gets mad that no one will change his diaper and rub on his junk and brown eye (tornado), and hence, putting him in danger because his fetish isn't fulfilled.
