Andy is big sad he's home alone and dayad doesn't want anything to do with him.
He is also big mad he isn't getting 24/7 diaper changes.
He harasses crisis services and threatens to "go running away, cross streets, or lay in snow" to force someone to come hang with him because he is lonely and no one wants anything to do with him.
That's all this is about.

I'd assumed he WAS getting changed, just that they'd leave at night or something.
Dude is so insufferable he will burn everything to the ground for no particular reason. This is why I keep telling people it's not actually so much about wanting his ass and balls wiped but more his need to destroy and make people suffer.

it really do seem like he's mad. Not angry at any simple thing, he's scared deep down inside that he knows this is as good as it gets for him now. It will only get worse. So, rather than drop the fucking act he is choosing to lash out at the few service people willing to compromise with him.
But because its not the endless rush of having 24/7 ABDL roleplay like he used to get, he's expected to wipe his own ass. So like a child andy is willing to as you said, burn the house down to avoid doing the bare minimum. Because he knows if he does that, that means he's no more diaper play. period.
There ain't no blue fairy powerful enough turn andy into a real boy. Andy was born a shit pig, he will die a shit pig.

His baby play ruse is secondary. What he really loves more than anything else is strife. Arguing is like a drug to some people. It activates some part of their brain that gives them a rush. Like any junkie, Andy has chased it year after year.
He really is a psychological mess. Him focusing solely on becoming a man baby would actually have some kind of explanation. It would make 'sense', no matter how stupid the reasoning is.
There is no rhyme or reason to his behavior. His motivations are a fucking mystery. You can watch videos of him building up something for like six months only to blow it up at the drop of a hat.

i know, andy loves winding people up and running away to a safe distance. he did with tom and joe, he set different shifts of caregivers against each other, and he's doing it now with CS/APS and the cops.

This is a basic bitch manipulation tactic where now that everyone's confused he reinserts himself to play mediator. So he can butter up one side and get them to do what he wanted in the first place.
Its so transparent its a trifle pathetic.
Just like how he only snaps his fingers at Tom, how he only has nerve problems when he wipes his ass, and has echolalia when he remembers a retard shouldn't know legal jargon: It comes and goes.

Oh, we're past intentional. He's previously posted a pic of his SS card to a community post as a way to create evidence of himself being bullied, a process that somehow involves getting his identity stolen. That didn't go anywhere, and so we found out earlier this week he ripped it up completely in a tantrum or w/e.
I fully expect more shenanigans with his replacement SS card when he is allowed access to it and gets mad/vindictive.

I remember back in his old gwoup howme there was like a 30 minute gap between shifts, and Andy would call Royal to complain that they were leaving him unsupurvied and how they're abusing and neglecting him by not having someone there dedicated solely to him 24 hours a day 23.5 was far too little for poow babby andy. He needs more supervision than actual babies

The introduction of shitting and musing about how nice and warm, lumpy it is, is certainly an avant garde approach to music.
