I have a theory: Mike never sexually abused Andy, or anyone for that matter. Andy just made it up to get his parents to throw Mike and Danielle under the bus. He didn't become this way because of abuse or brain damage, Andy was just born pure evil.
Andy is just using it as an excuse for his anti social and schizo affective episodes.

this is spot on I think he just woke up one day and decided to terrorize and torture his family just because he feels like it maybe hes original plan was to murder all of them so he could have the house to himself well never know for sure but I'm rolling the dice on that theory the dude is playing a long con he breaks character than remembers he's supposed to be retarded

I'm certain the molester in that household was and always has been Andy. He's a textbook sexual predator. Probably a pedophile and a zoophile. I'm pretty sure he's a sleep creeper and he's done things with the dogs. He's probably molested everyone in that house in their sleep at least once. He's just so fucking creepy. There's things about this guy that will come out someday that will make Chris Chandler look like a harmless scamp by comparison. You summed it up perfect. He's just evil. Andy was actually the one who abused Joe and threatened Janet since as early as he was 7. Anti social doesn't even begin to describe how twisted Andy is. The things Chris and cyrax or Daniel Larson do, it is almost forgivable, at least all 3 are genuinely retarded. But Andy? He's pure, calculated evil. Anti social personality disorder is just a nice way of saying he's a psychopath.

Mainly because of Janet their were times where Tom and Joe didn't put up with it once Tom left Andy on the side of the road and the cops oblivious to the situation made him take Andy back the woman officer even said "why would you leave your retarded son on the side of the road"

Because Andy was still a legal resident at the house and Tom assumed the role of his guardian. Hell, he is still his payee for fucks sake. Tom was advised to go to the courts to rescind his status as Andy's payee, but Tom didnt want to becasue he was too lazy to drive to court. Even when he was offered a court date via video call, he refused.

Janet also still loved Andy.

Unless Joe cuts Andy off once and for all, he deserves to be tormented by Andy. After all, Andy really is not all that different from Tom.

Andy is a great manipular, and has been able to manipulate his entire family for years. No matter how many times he's abused them, they take him back. Even now, I can see him moving back at some point. I wish law enforcement saw him as the dangerous abuser he is.

I know this has been thrown out there a million times but cant he not move back full time because of the outstanding warrants in Tonawanda I know he was their for the funeral but he probably agreed to go and pay his final respects and leave I love that he no longer has a home at that house but I hate that hes the rest of the worlds problem
 
It's upsetting that Andy is one the most genuinely evil and dangerous lolcows and somehow one of the least fucked with or one of the least punished ones.

He has made life hell for his family, community and the professionals that have to put up with his crap (literally and not).

If things had been little different he would have been anotger case for crimetube, instead of the horrorcow that he is now
