There are several studies that show that autistic people have a higher rate of some type of incontinence; usually nocturnal urination. Andy probably saw that during his researching into Autism and decided to embrace it to its fullest, is my guess.

One of those ones they remove your phone access, don't allow you to see anyone from the outside world, and have free reign to do with you whatever they please. I hope he lives 50 more years in one of those places strapped to a bed and they hose him off like an old dog when he stinks too bad. I sincerely hope the police execute the warrant the minute he crosses the bounds of Tonawanda. Sadly, they will probably allow him to attend the funeral first because they are trying to be respectful.
They probably won't even bother arresting him. Dealing with him is probably too much trouble in their eyes.

They won't need to go out of their way to execute it. Chances are they will be called to the church, funeral home or grave site due to Andy pulling one of his fake attention tard outs. Or he triggers a DV call at the family home.
