Rome was peak globo-homo.
Empire stretches over three continents. Imports people from Africa and the Middle East into Europe. Native Romans far in the minority. Emperors generally of non-white descent (Italian). Liked enslaving blonde white people, used their women as sex slaves. Open endorsement of hedonism, including homosexuality and pederasty. Pagan worship, got fat and impious, taken over by Christian hippies. Put foreigners in charge, got overrun by barbarians.
 
It really depends on how you define the word "Aryan," as they were clearly a different branch from the more known northern/blonde/steppe ones. The Romans were specifically Aryan-Hittites. Everything from their language and DNA goes back to Anatolia. With this in mind it wasn't surprising for them to orientalize quickly once they expanded to the Orient. There's even a funny story on how the Latins justified the sack and control of Constantinople as revenge against the Greeks for Troy.
