I think it’s pretty obvious he’s gay.
I agree, at his best, he is charismatic and funny as hell, he’s perfected the art of making fun of the woke left.
But Jaden does something to him. This whole feud brings out the worst in him.

@Gaston LaNoir do you think any part of you rolling up to the farms was trying to convince yourself it was still worth defending Nick?
Do you think you were here to try and shit on the farms, or to try and shit on the part of you that saw how things were devolving?
Anyway, I enjoyed reading the effort post. I also enjoyed Anglin taking a shot at you for typos("I COULD complain about this, but I'm NOT GOING TO!" is a bitchmade way of complaining about something), and then immediately making a typo in the next post.

It's a very compelling summary. I was unable to stop reading. But I think it ignores some reasons why AF ended this way that would be un-optical to post on a far right forum. My two cents:
1. AF is basically as cringe as reddit atheism ever was, except religious. And in so doing they give life to old atheist arguments that religion is antithetical to reason. Because they shore up their crumbling base and coalition with dogmatic browbeating. Repeating religious appeals takes the place of having substance as a member.
2. Their Catholicism is specifically a huge problem because they live up to the old American stereotype that Catholics use confession to avoid becoming better people. There is absolutely no way someone like Baked Alaska can pretend to be a sincere Christian. Yet here he is, because he can prove he has a priest.
3. This creates a de facto nihilistic environment that draws on people who are either highly disturbed or incredibly stupid (or just too young to realize how poisonous this is). As a result AF is consumed by short term feuds and rivalries. Because being the bigger man is cringe.
4. The Woman Thing. I do actually think right wingers bitch about women too much. But I won't go into why I think that because it's not necessary for AF. Other far rightists think they're a bunch of creepy incels. There are so many reasons for this but if I had to guess, women are different but similar enough from men that a failure to understand them can be read as a real psychological deficiency. And AF rewards hostility toward, and alienation from, them.
5. And of course the above is highly hypocritical when they have oversensitive dramafags in their ranks despite being all male. Almost as if the occasional dumb thot > legions of teenage boys and nothing else.
6. This is more anecdotal but I think everyone would agree that their funniest friend was also one of their worst, most despicable friends. Every drama in AF has this implicit excuse that it's okay because it's funny content. And of course, when AF interacts with anyone outside of the cult, they're quickly hated. Because it's just a bunch of unimpressive sadists who are only a threat to anyone unlucky enough to be near them. Not a threat to any system or power structure.
Autistic I know but Anglin doesn't like people focusing on Nick's personal shortcomings and ambiguous sexuality. So I didn't. And it took a little longer to explain than just "the leader is a mentally ill guy who is only a little older than drinking age so his cult reflects a case of arrested development."

Not true. There is an origin story: Nick's best friend in 9th grade got a girlfriend and stopped hanging out with him so much. For the grave sin of stealing away his guy friends' affection, all women must pay.

I read through the whole thing and as Berrakh said, it is a compelling read. Although I know all these events already I was thrilled from beginning to end. Kinda fascinating to see all of this coming from someone "on the inside."
