I've seen these pictures before, but it never occurred to me to think about how she got up there. A normal person would hoist themselves up with their arms, or, if it's connected to a porch, walk along the edge and sit. Do you suppose she used that chair/stepladder in the corner?
That would be fascinating to witness.
To keep this on topic, has she ever explicitly said that she is able to maintain her own feet? Like washing, clipping nails, putting on socks, tying laces etc? I remember a long time ago she talked about shaving her own legs, and demonstrated, but I don't remember her talking about her feet. I can't see how she could possibly reach.

Wow, she's been adamant about being 5'3 for the longest time. Remember when she argued with a nurse at a weight loss clinic who didn't believe she was 5'3? I think she must've definitely lost an inch from her legs being pushed apart by all the fat.
