I honestly can't figure it out either. It makes zero fucking sense UNLESS they did it because there was something in the divorce paperwork that stipulated that Frazzle would be covered under his insurance until such time as he got remarried. However, I would imagine that official paperwork would be required to modify that. If they forged that they're well and truly fucked, but I doubt they're that smart.

I honestly don't know what kind of "trap" they were trying here. Also, fucking scummy, nasty fucking people. Dumb as a box of rocks, every one of them.

For the record, my engineering friend said the "H" could possibly stand for "hysteresis", which could either mean that the scale sensor is broken or Amber can't stand still for long enough for the scale to register an accurate reading so it eventually gives up.
