Wow. This screenshot of Becky mildly infuriates me, for some reason(s). I think it's the combination of the stupid fucking snapback hat that she has to wear on the last few holes, her huge red face, her second chin that has swallowed the first one and, most importantly, being reminded once again that this 28 year old woman(?) has been unemployed - on her own accord - for over a year. Lest we forget that it's very highly likely that she's using taxpayer's dollars for all of these appointments she goes to.

No shred of sympathy for a thumb is to be had from this gorl!
 
@bev There's nothing "sus" about someone in their first relationship at 15 years old not knowing how to react to being abused by their partner. Kasey hid the abuse and didn't even tell her mom until Amberlynn was long gone to Virginia. Get your facts straight before you imply someone is lying about abuse. Kasey isn't the one who deleted her video about about abuse allegations--even though Amberlynn begged her to. That was Amberlynn who deleted her attention-seeking abuse claims.

Fat AL brings it up because she knows she can, as long as she keeps it vague. She knows this because she has done it so many times before. She especially likes to vaguewhine about sexual assault in the context of nobody believing her. Nobody ever disbelieved that she got abused in foster care or by some crackhead; that's believable. It's obvious she's alluding to Kasey "raping" her and nobody believing her because Kasey clapped back to defend herself.

But no one can prove that's what Amber is referring to, and that's why she does it. If she vagueposts, she has plausible deniability and she can screech that she isn't talking about Rain And Petals Eavesdrop if Kasey ever did call her out. And Kasey isn't going to do anything unless Amberlynn more directly implicates her, because Kasey does believe that Amberlynn was abused as a child.

I feel like a 2-year gap in employment history doesn't mean as much if you aren't a professional. If you're an educated professional (or even tradesman) it looks extremely bad. But if you're just some bum in a sea of bums it's probably no big deal, she could even claim that she was a full-time student but gave up, or that she was ill or taking care of an ill relative. There are a variety of excuses someone of her status could use.

If she stays out of the workforce much longer, though, it's going to look bad even by hillbilly standards.

Lmao no, I wrote it's suspicious that the guy was engaged (his fiance was allegedly the one who brought Amber's video to his attention), only for his engagement to break off shortly after all these revelations. Not only that but they claim to have shared a tiny apartment with each other with no privacy and they're meaning to say that his mom was totally oblivious? It doesn't make sense. They were both toxic and both did questionable things.

Two people can lie, two people can say half-truths. I don't believe Amber nor do I totally believe Kasey. Do I believe Kasey raped her? Obviously not, because Amber later said she meant that he would threaten her to perform sexual acts on him. But it doesn't even matter anyway because nothing can be proven.

I just tried to run a couple of quick, and inaccurate, calculations. If she really grossed $10k per month and totalled $120,000 in 2018, she'd have owed about $16k in self-employment taxes (FICA and Medicare) and about $20k in income taxes if she only took the standard deduction (unlikely.) But add in a few thousand of whatever Kentucky state taxes are, and you've got $39k.
