For any normal human, yes. A person might binge around Christmas by continually eating cookies and such over the course of an entire day, consuming more calories than required but not ever actually risking a ruptured stomach. Or, they might binge by just eating a single, large meal. Either way, it would qualify as a binge, based on my understanding of the word.
It seems that in Amberland, if she isn't gorging herself, it's not a binge. A "binge" for her is when she consumes an obscene amount of food in a single sitting. "Overeating" is what she calls it when she continually eats smaller (by her standards) meals and snacks all day, and goes over whatever arbitrary calorie limit she's decided is ideal.
Either way, it's pretty gross.
Man, I feel like whenever I see her eating, she is gorging herself. Maybe it's just me, but that clip of her filling a gigantic baking dish full of Cap'n Crunch cereal & then pouring a whole gallon of milk in, then shoveling huge "bites" full of cereal into her flappy face hole via serving spoon really SHOOK me, for real.
It's interesting you bring up the concept of a ruptured stomach... I bet you ANYTHING she has NEVER ONCE even considered or contemplated the potentiality of such... but don't you feel like it's more than remotely possible, and she's playing with fire every time she starts transferring insane amounts of food from her troughs to her horrifyingly modified digestive system?
