I agree that Becky's not a victim but the whole dynamic seems off. You have to have a special kind of mindset to willingly stay home for no reason and have no changes to look forward to. Amber has food and a predictable meal-ticket. Eric, at the very least, started a YouTube channel, got somewhat fit and is now possibly learning how to drive. But what does Becky have? Her hobbies that her girlfriend condescends and the internet mocks her for? T-shirts she doesn't fit into?

Unless if Becky has a fat fetish (which is possible since Nena is/was a beast but even we know Becky's fingers have gotten too fat to fit in Amber's dainty hole) or Amber sells fetish videos to feeders, all of Amber's income immediately gets blown on fodder and cheap tat. In the shopping spree, Becky only got useful but cheap items that she more or less needed. Amber got vanity items. Other than accepting the car, phone and rent payments, Becky doesn't really behave like someone who's taking advantage of a cash cow. In fact, I was thinking that this haul was reminiscent of a sequel to "A Very Dusty Christmas."
 
I think Becky has some kinda mental illness going on -- depression or PTSD or something. I think that incurious detachment isn't just her being a bit dim; I think she's dissociated somehow.

That doesn't mean I see her as some poor victim here. I think she characteristically takes the path of least resistance, and a part of her quite willingly went down the spiral of life with AL. But I do think there's some complicating factor involving her mental health, without which even an inherently lazy creature like Becky would call it quits. She doesn't enjoy anything anymore, and she certainly doesn't stand up for herself anymore. Even comparing videos from a year ago, Becky is a shell.

It's a sickening mess. Becky might not be a likable character, but AL has certainly worn her down.

Fuck man, Necky's innocent on one hand and she is certainly guilty on the other. But the fact of the matter is is that she knows this shit is wrong. She knows that there is something not quite right with Hamber. She just can't do anything about it. The moment she wants to kick her out, Necky sees the checks that Hambubger is bringing in. It is what it is. That's not really a relationship. At that point Necky just knows her place. She may not like it, but she's there.

She's a narcissist. In her mind, she's smart, beautiful, and generous. In reality, she's stupid, ugly, and selfish.

Because once upon a time, some well-meaning teacher/social worker/foster parent told her she was a really good writer in an attempt to get her to develop a hobby that didn't include saturated fat.

AL just never developed the self-awareness (or literacy) to realize they were just trying to get her to pick up a pen instead of a fork for ten goddamn minutes a day. So, since she was already "good at it," she never bothered to learn anything else about it.

Also, she's just not smart.

Hamber is also quite aware of her own stupidity on a sub conscious level. She has always targeted people with inferior mental development then her self.

Which is why she basically lives with speds. Because she's barely above that and with her increasing oxygen deprievation from fat. <Quite literally, she is now so fat she is becoming dumber as brain cell death occurs as a side effect> we can see her getting closer to the sped level.

She's basically that 6th grader who spelled the big word of the day contest but..she's been bragging on it for 20 more years.
 
Amber really did go to the weight loss specialist and to the psychiatrist, you haydurs are just too impatient to wait a couple months to see those vlogs!

i see the narcissistic behavior in her videos/on social media and can’t imagine what she’s like offline. i just never wanted to armchair diagnose her i guess, but that does make the most sense.

i never knew that! there’s some neat medical articles online about it actually. more fat = less grey matter. she already is attracted to shiny and keeeeyute things like a toddler, maybe she’ll go full tard soon. watching her think she’s a good troll is boring.
 
We talked about this when it first happened. It's actually harder for a deathfat to get into and out of the backseat of a car--especially a fairly small, chinky one--even if it's potentially more comfortable than the front once they squeeze back there.
 
I cant tell if she enjoys arguing with people on twitter, but she wouldnt have to if she posted current videos and information from this week instead of stuff from the week of mothers day. We don't need to see you eat subway from the middle of may we need a doctor update and current weight gorl.
 
Damn that was interesting from Roger; he is kind of an Insider looking in and provides these snippets, it makes a lot of sense about Becky also makes the death obsession of death.

The only reason she was too swollen for the car was because that was the day she had a doctors appointment and she had admitted before that that she was already making up excuses not to go.

She wasn't swollen though when she went to a family party, or went to Wal*Mart, strange isn't it?
