IIRC our gorl did cut off a few inches back when she went to a salon and got that ghastly ombre dyejob. I think if she weren't too big to leave the house she'd go get a bit of it chopped. I'm not sure why Becky would be responsible for any of that. They aren't married and aren't related. Some cities/counties have a community program that pays for very basic funeral costs for people who die without a will or family, but I'm not clear on what happens if you have family but they're more or less estranged. Amber's family would certainly be contacted, but god help them if they're deemed responsible for her pool of rotting blubber.
