I like how there's less and less of Amber's body in the shot as time goes on. She's feeling the shame, and keeping those angles tightly focused as much as possible is her only out. But as she gets bigger and bigger the ONLY thing left that doesnt look like some kind of blubber monster is the face, and that's been ballooning out rapidly too now.
I still find it hilarious how she cares SO MUCH about perception, maintaining the illusion that she's even fucking humanoid at this point, more so than the fact that she's sitting on death's door waiting for the reaper at any given moment because of how badly she's wrecked her body.
