I've not followed Amber for that long (and forgive me but I couldn't read the whole forum) but I wonder if Amber rewards herself for small achievements by gorging herself so much she gains right back the weight she's lost. I've known a whale who once cut back on getting a super sweet medium "coffee" at Starbucks every day then by the end of the week rewarded herself with around 3 of their massive Frapochinos (however they're spelt) that weekend. Any small amount of weight she might have lost was totally negated and she had put on weight by the next week. This kind of exceptionalism just kind of feels up Amber's alley

The short answer is, yes. However, she usually takes a shit, considers that actual weight loss, manipulates her girlfriend into taking her out to dinner somewhere and then moans about water weight. This cycle has been slightly different, but I think that's only because she saw her sub count drop and it scared the fuck out of her and those around her who depend on those sweet YT bux

I have a close friend who's doctor told her she was 'healthy heavy' at over 350 lbs. I used to roll my eyes, and I was right. My friend is now a diabetic with Stage 4 colon cancer and a blood clot in her jugular vein from her chemo port.
