If you look at patient weight stats like about 1% of patients cross the 45 BMI barrier and then it all goes completely to shit, their BMIs are everywhere on the spectrum from 45 to triple digits. They still survive because the human body is actually pretty tough and medical science knows how to keep people like James K. alive.

In the most recent MSHPL the EMS ambulance refused to transport the woman because she was over 700lbs. So they crammed her in a taxi minivan (shit show) and then had to haul her out onto a jumbo gurney.

She ended up dying.
 
I'm not entirely sure she can stand unassisted long enough to get an accurate scale reading right now. When's the last time we saw her stand in a video anyway?

Just out of curiosity, how likely is it she could have been accurately weighed at the ER? None of our hospital equipment could accommodate her, we have a few bariatric chairs and beds stashed but even those are only rated for 500 lbs, and I think there might be one wheelchair scale that goes up to 550. I know Kentucky is the fattest state in the union but that just means people over BMI 30, are actual circus-fats common enough there that a random rural hospital would be prepared to properly accommodate Amber?

I saw that one. Spoiler alert. When she died she weighed less than Chantal. Worked her butt off, got the surgery, lost more and died. Great excuse for Amber not to get surgery.

Amber would say that extending her life isn't worth the work, that she could've been eating and watching videos that whole time. But the only time in the entire episode that Kelly smiled, was when she was talking to Dr. Now, down 200lbs and discussing getting her loose skin removed.

Becky will be just fine. She will be re-absorbed by her large extended family, where she will resume her less-glamorous life as Kentucky hillbilly. She'll miss all the free tee-shirts and crayons for awhile, but life back with her family is not without its comforts.

However, if Becky died, Amberlynn would be up shit creek without a paddle and too fat to get on a boat.

We’re hoping for the best and assuming that since he’s the red headed stepchild in the KY Fag Shanty that she just hasn’t fined him recently. Alternatively, he could just be refusing to be near the behemoth. One way a cat shows affection is actively wanting to be near you. They can sense when they’re not favoured.

It’s also been opined that he is so matted because Hamber is a shit owner who you just know doesn’t brush him that he’s not being shown. This is coming into shedding season when long haired cats need brushing to help shed their winter coats. Hamber is too goddamned lazy to brush her own hair let alone a cats fur.

I’m sure he’s fine...unless he “accidentally got out”, but I’ve seen no recent sightings which sucks because he’s my favorite and I miss that little mustache.
 
Even if that's a old pic/video that she posted on ig and Snapchat, I think it's so childish that she posts a clip of her petting him and him purring like that means shes a great pet owner after we have been asking where he is. If it's recent she most likely had Becky bring him to her so she could do that. Just like her posting Twinkie sleeping so we could hear her trumpet air gasping was the fart in her video. It proves nothing but your dog has breathing issues or possible collapsed trachea.
