Not gonna lie, I’d totally buy a journal that Al would write. Her writing is so bad that it’s funny, so the journal would hopefully be the same way.

Assuming she actually makes the money she claims to, she could move out on her own and get an apartment with UberEats access in a bigger town.

But she won't leave Becky unless and until she has a new gf to abuse. I guess it goes to show that her need for constant companionship and attention (and a punching bag) is the only thing that rivals her need for fast food. So... never let it be said food is her top priority, I suppose. Being an insufferable cunt to someone irl is her real overarching need.

This is something I've never understood about enablers of the super obese. They'll happily let the obese person they take care of throw them under the bus and put all the blame on them, the enabler, without any objections. You see this time after time with Amber and Becky and also on My 600LB Life. Sometimes you see the enabler shakes their head or roll their eyes but they never say anything. I'm not talking about cases where the obese person is bed bound and it is %100 the enablers fault but obese people that can still walk and semi take care of themselves.

Sire, they live off the obese one's tug boat but is it worth wiping diarrhea off 50 square inches of human flesh?

This too has to do with how many Americans think life should be. Many here in this sub-forum are shocked that Amber doesn't have a driver's license and can't understand going through life without a car. The idea of walking to places is alien for most people.

it depends on where you live. For example, in Texas, you won't find many people walking, but people walk all the time in New York.

You aren't wrong that in some places not having a vehicle is almost an alien concept, but this is not true for all of America.
 
To add to the "why don't Americans walk" discussion, I live in one of the largest cities in the southeast, and I live within spitting distance of the state university. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to work. If I try to map out a bus route, it doesn't even give me an option, because the closest bus stop is so far away.

America was originally built around smaller communities that were self contained, but the advent of the car completely transformed us. Large cities that had been well established remained as walking friendly, but every tiny (or mid-sized) insular town soon relied on automobile traffic. If they become big enough for public transport, it is always added as an after-thought.

None of that excuses Amber. It's not that she became reliant on cars to get her groceries, it's that she's too lazy to take her dog for a walk.

Being in an abusive relationship isn’t something you can easily walk away from, especially if the feedee has spent years convincing you that you’re rubbish and no one else would ever have you. It’s so easy to be an outsider and look at them and say “why don’t you just walk away? Just get out of there!” But I imagine emotionally abusive relationships are not so easily escaped.
 
The people who pay her currency on YouNow would probably buy anything she put out. But she never sticks to anything, so she never completes anything (yes, calling her claim of completing "more than i can count" a lie*), so she won't produce anything for people to purchase.

* - much like her claim to have purchased all the workbooks on Amazon

I would love to see Hambeasts efforts on how to make interactive pdf journals with InDesign and Acrobat. She has no taste in anything or the skill to do even beginner level graphic design, yet she is all about making dem journals. Hamby should probably do some research (other than buying hundreds of guided journals and completing one page of some of them) before boasting about her next big future accomplishment on Twatter.
 
In the south, suburbs/towns/neighborhoods will fight against the expansion of public transportation. They will even fight against sidewalks. The reason is basically niggers. Vote this post whatever you want, it's true.

And in white areas the reason is similarly "poor people". Residents don't want their neighborhoods easily accessible to riff-raff

Becky would do the design part. She's a brilliant artist

This. We can't just ignore the psychological aspect of this kind of relationship. It's not as cut and dry as "Becky takes the abuse because she wants Wommart cartoon T-shirts". Of course we can't put ourselves in an enabler's shoes, we've never been there. I'm sure Becky and the loved ones of those people on M600PL couldn't relate either before they found themselves in that role.

We also have to keep in mind that almost nobody would put up with the kind of crap they routinely take in an abusive relationship at first. It's the boiled frog thing.

Becky is not blameless, nor is she that great of a person. Is she taking advantage of Amber's income? Given her history, it's more than likely. But on the other hand she also has ridiculously low self-esteem, which Amber keeps constantly undermining. We can shit on her all we want, god knows we have enough reasons to. But human beings are multi-faceted, even neckless blobs like Becky.

This is why I still pity Becky to a degree. She’s no saint, but none of us are and none of us really compare to Hambeast herself. What takes that pity away, at least from me, is the fact that Becky allows her own mental weakness to justify her enabling Hambeast. Abuse is a complicated thing for everyone involved and I have no doubt that amber abuses Becky, and it sickens me that Becky enables Hambeasts weight gain. Becky either feeds into Hambeasts desire for food to shut her up or she takes the abuse. I really want to know what happened when Becky went to see her family. I want Becky to leave Amber and get into therapy and do her own weight loss journey. She COULD better herself. People here say she might not have the brains to understand that, and while I agree to an extent, if she’s undergoing abuse, she might not think she’s worthy of that sort of change.

Becky has done bad things but she might get be capable of doing good. Or she’ll be the train wreck we all watch when Hambeast kicks the bucket.

You can always put warmer clothes on in the cold but you can only take so much off in the heat. Even if you defy those factors and go out for a walk just to enjoy being outside, people will gawk at you or pull over to ask if you need a ride. You’re a spectacle. They can’t fathom the notion of someone just going out walking for exercise in a place that isn’t specifically sanctioned for that purpose (e.g. walking trail). I lived in a major city in Texas for a few years and even there this was the case.
Note that the vast majority of the subjects on MSHPL are from Southern states.
