Haha thanks for finding that.
I will say her crocodile tears acting has actually gotten marginally better since then. Maybe it's just that she's in such poor health now she always looks miserable so it's a little more believable if you don't know better, as opposed to this shit where she still looks like she keeps almost smiling.

On the topic of AL getting on to MSHPL, which is something I am super 
about, if anything she will just lose enough weight to start this cycle again. I'm sure eventually she will fail and her stomach will expand again, if not burst (which would be a whole different issue), and this will start over. She will think "wow i've lost the weight, I can eat what I want again". Sure MAYBE she will learn proper eating habits and actually stick with them. Maybe. But the long term success rate of WLS is what? 5%? I dunno if we can count our gorl in that, but you never know.
Edit because English might be my first language, but god forbid I can spell it correctly.
