She has wolfed down, on camera no less, unbelievable amounts of greasy fast food and her own abominations. So yea, there’s really no point in denying you like stuff that’s almost universally palatable, just bc you are trying not to seem as gluttonous as you truly are.

But that’s the thing about Amber, she’s so deep in denial she doesn’t even realize it. It's hard to believe that a dietitian would lay out a plan that involves all the crap she's been eating lately, and it's also hard to believe that she'd be willing to spend her mukbang money for someone to tell her how to eat, since she thinks she knows all the answers already.

You're thinking of nutritionists. To be a dietician requires education and licensure, because the field is actually regulated. On the other hand, while you can get a degree in ~Nutrition, there's no regulation so anyone on earth can call themselves a nutritionist.
