My guess is it’s in-ground pool and it has steps below water that make it much easier to get out of. Most public pools have a big set of stairs like that. Either that, or they’re just flailing around under a hose.

Absolutely anyone can become addicted to alcohol over a frequent, steady period of using, so no, she's not an undiagnosed alcoholic anymore than anyone else is. She may have an existing predisposition to become addicted to alcohol, or a higher liklihood based on her mom and dad, but in that case she may as well be an undiagnosed junkie too. I don't even think the girl has ever truly been drunk, maybe tipsy, with the exception of the Destiny-valentine wine bonanza where she younowed a meltdown and I don't even know how much of that was actual drunkenness and not just her emotions going completely off the rails.

I think she's definitely been wasted before (like, that post breakup vid where she downs 2 liters of wine in a sitting etc), but i've never personally felt she ever struggled with alcohol beyond like 3 drunken nights a year.

That's not her resting heart rate. Fitbit has two displays for heart rate. One displays your current heart rate, and it reads # BPM like in AL's picture. The other displays your resting heart rate (calculated from the numerous times a day Fitbit determines you are at rest), and it reads # RESTING.

Even if her heart rate was momentarily 66 bpm, her average resting heart rate must be higher, otherwise she'd be showing us that.
